Refund Policy

At Cluby, we offer a monthly and/or annual subscription service for managing sports organizations. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Below is our refund policy.

1. Trial period

For some plans, Cluby may offer a free trial period. During this time, you can evaluate the software at no cost. No charges will be made until the trial ends and your subscription is confirmed.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand. We use Stripe as our payment provider to ensure secure and transparent processing.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe account, within your Cluby admin account settings. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the already paid period.

4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access granted after subscription, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or for renewals already processed.

However, if you believe a charge has been made in error or under exceptional circumstances, you can contact us to review your case individually.

5. Failed or declined payments

If Stripe is unable to process your subscription payment, we will notify you via email. If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, we may temporarily suspend access to your account.
